Nice roses, slow tracking

I ordered a rose bouquet for my mom. The flowers were beautiful and fresh when they arrived, which was great. Delivery was a bit slow, took 3 days to reach Bandung even though I expected 2. Has anyone compared FlowerAdvisor with Outerbloom or Flower Chimp? Looking for a decent flower delivery for an anniversary, want something good but also value for money.

I've used both FlowerAdvisor and Outerbloom. FlowerAdvisor generally has more options and their presentation is usually spot on. Outerbloom is okay but sometimes a bit pricey for what you get.

Flower Chimp is pretty good too, especially for basic bouquets. But if you want something a bit more elaborate or unique, FlowerAdvisor has a wider range for sure.

Planning to send some flowers to my mom in Jakarta. Do they actually deliver on the same day? Or is it like, if I order early morning, it'll get there by evening?

Yes, same-day delivery is usually an option for Jakarta, if you order early enough. I've done it a few times.

What's their return policy like? Accidentally ordered the wrong color roses and might need to swap them or get a refund.

Hmm, with flowers it's tricky because they're perishable. I doubt they do returns for 'wrong color' unless it was their mistake. Maybe try contacting their CS first?

I had an issue with a damaged item once and they were pretty good about it. Got a replacement. But for a change of mind, I'm not sure if that's covered.
